Accessing Property Files

In a continuous effort to provide our Members with useful information, the Laguna Board of REALTORS® (LBOR) asked 2024 President, Bob Chapman, to walk us through a little known secret - there is a computer located in Laguna Beach's Community Development Dep't in City Hall that has access to property files (architectural drawings, plans, etc.) that are NOT FOUND on the city's public-facing Planning & Building file sets.
