
Laguna Board of REALTORS® celebrates 100 years with a ribbon cutting ceremony
On Thursday, Aug. 15, the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony celebrating the Laguna Board of REALTORS®.
Guests participated in the Centennial Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Laguna Board of REALTORS® 1924-2024. Director for Life Marie Thomas was honored to cut the ribbon for the 50-year celebration in 1974 and again at the Centennial. Celebrations were held in the Laguna Board of REALTORS’® parking lot at their building located at 939 Glenneyre St., Laguna Beach

Guests enjoyed delicious appetizers by Evan’s Gourmet, libations by McClain Cellars and live music by the Top Shelf Brass Band. Guests in attendance included REALTORS®, business partners, and representatives from Assemblymember Diane Dixon and Senator Janet Nguyen’s offices.
The Laguna Board of REALTORS® has given back to the community they serve by volunteering and donating to local nonprofits in town over the past century. “What a great event! One hundred years is just the beginning for the Laguna Board of REALTORS®,” said LB Chamber CEO Erin Slattery.
