Defensible Space & AB 38 Forum
Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR) in association with Laguna Board of REALTORS® (LBOR) and Newport Beach Association of REALTORS® (NBAOR) hosted a forum on Assembly Bill (AB) 38 and the implementation of defensible space inspections across the County. Principal participants were Kevin Bass, (Fire Marshal with Newport Beach Fire Department), Jennifer Bower (Deputy Fire Marshal with Orange County Fire Authority) & our own Fire Marshal for the Laguna Beach Fire Department, Robert Montaghami.
