The Laguna Board of REALTORS® is a medium sized board in terms of membership size; however we have a long and rich history of community service. Established in 1924, we have grown and flourished. Our community service, through our charitable foundation, The Laguna Board of REALTORS® and Affiliates Charitable Assistance Fund, has raised over $1.2million for local charities in the past 20+years. Our two primary charity events are the Taste for Charity and the Pet Parade and Chili Cook-off. Both events are well attended and have grown in popularity within both the local community and real estate community.
Our Board office offers personal service to our membership. With 3 full time employees, the Board staff is available to answer questions ranging from the MLS system to lockbox issues or other related real estate issues.
We have a Board of Directors representing the majority of the local real estate firms. With elections every year, the Board is always looking for leaders who are willing to serve their community and membership. There are several committees within the Board for members to join, which provide a great benefit to the Board and personal satisfaction to the volunteer members.
